Q: What do you offer? / A: Heat Transfer Vinyl, Embroidery, and Cut-N-Sew (patchwork, etc.)
Q: Do you offer refunds? / A: No refunds. Exchanges only when possible. If you experience an issue with your order please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right for you! Any problem will be handled quickly and made right to the best of our ability.

Order turn around time is currently 7-14 business days.
Almost all of our items are made to order which is why there is a bit of a waiting period in how fast we can get the items mailed out.
